To support this strong growth, we are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner. You will have the key role of building tomorrow's teams by attracting the best profiles on the market.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will deploy the recruitment and talent attraction strategy for France and the subsidiaries (Europe / North America) of Tribun Health.

Your main tasks:

  • Briefs of positions with managers, updates of job descriptions, writing of attractive ads
  • Definition of the search strategy, optimization of sourcing, distribution of recruitment ads, approaching passive candidates, networking, animation of the co-optation program, communication on social networks, job fairs, contact with schools,
  • Implementation of a proactive approach to identifying talent
  • Evaluation of candidates, behavioral interviews, business cases in conjunction with managers
  • Supporting managers in their decision-making process
  • Activity reporting and monitoring of KPIs
  • Participation in numerous projects (employer branding, onboarding, etc.)
  • HR monitoring of best practices in recruitment

  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in the use of computer tools and social networks

You have :

  • A Master 2 in HR or a diploma from an ESC with a specialization in HR
  • A 1st significant experience (2-3 years) in recruitment ideally in an agile structure (start up or recruitment firm).
